The 82 acre poultry farm is situated in the beautiful Devonshire countryside just outside of Crediton and about seven miles from Exeter. For over 20 years this family concern, have been proud to produce top quality chickens and ducks that give the true flavour of the product whilst maintaining a very sympathetic approach to bird welfare. |

 TurkeyPalmers specialist turkey suppliers, Copas Turkeys, maintain the highest welfare standards for their turkeys. The free range bronze turkeys roam in cherry orchards and meadows and the white feathered turkeys are raised in spacious open barns with natural light and ventilation. All their turkeys are special slow growing traditional breeds, which are raised to full maturity. They are fed on a balanced cereal diet that contains no growth promoting additives. Copas Turkeys use traditional, centuries-old production methods - their turkeys are dry plucked and hand finished, before being hung to mature for a minimum of ten days. Our turkeys are presented in individual carry home boxes. Inside the box, the oven ready turkey is wrapped in greaseproof paper with a sprig of rosemary, vacuum packed giblets, a recipe leaflet with cooking instructions and a Pop-up® cooking timer - everything you need to cook the turkey perfectly!
